Most items shipped via USPS Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail. Large orders over 2000 sheets may be sent via Media Mail. If you wish to have an item shipped a particular way or you wish to use your own Fed Ex or UPS account number please contact us.
If you were given a tracking number please track your package via the Postal Service Website.
Ordered the wrong form? No Problem!
Unopened merchandise may be returned for full credit within 30 days.
Opened merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns without a proper RMS (Return Authorization Number) will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an inaccurate order was sent.
